What It Means to Be a Speak Boldly Speaker

When people hear the word speaker, they often picture someone with years of experience, a polished presentation, or a business to promote.
That's not what Speak Boldly is about.
A Speak Boldly speaker is someone with a story or perspective that has the power to help others feel seen, valued, and less alone. Our mission is to empower bold women to recognize the power of their stories so they can confidently share them in ways that inspire connection and transformation.
Sometimes the women who belong on our stage don't even realize it yet.
We Look Beyond Experience
You don't need a résumé full of speaking engagements to be considered.
In fact, many of our speakers are stepping onto a stage for the very first time.
What matters most isn't experience—it's your willingness to reflect on your journey, embrace coaching, and share what you've learned in a way that serves others.
Speak From Reflection
The stories that leave the greatest impact aren't told from the middle of the struggle. They're shared from a place of reflection.
We often describe this as speaking from a scar, not a wound.
Your story doesn't need a perfect ending, but it should offer perspective, growth, or insight that someone else can carry with them.
Impact Over Recognition
We don't choose speakers because of titles, accomplishments, or influence.
We choose women whose experiences have the potential to spark courage, create connection, or offer hope.
Whether you're a teacher, business owner, volunteer, stay-at-home mom, healthcare worker, student, or retiree, your story matters if it has the power to make a difference.
A Stage Built on Service
Speak Boldly is not a marketing platform.
While many of our speakers own businesses or lead organizations, they are selected because of the impact of their stories—not to promote their work.
Every talk is designed to leave the audience with something more meaningful than a sales pitch: a new perspective, renewed courage, or the reminder that they are not alone.
A Community That Grows Together
Being selected is just the beginning.
Every speaker is supported through coaching, feedback, and a community that believes growth happens when women encourage one another.
The transformation isn't limited to the audience. Many speakers discover new confidence, deeper self-awareness, and lasting relationships throughout the process.
Could You Be a Speak Boldly Speaker?
If you've ever thought, "My story isn't important enough," you're not alone.
Many of our speakers started there.
If you're willing to reflect on your experiences, share them with honesty, and use them to encourage others, you may already have everything you need.
Because Speak Boldly isn't looking for perfect speakers.

We're looking for women who are ready to discover the impact their stories can have.
