Gayle Henderson

Gayle Henderson is the visionary behind The Innfall, helping growing organizations align the essential systems that power their success. With expertise across IT, HR, recruiting, and accounting, she challenges businesses to move beyond siloed problem-solving toward integrated, forward-moving strategy. Her work equips leaders with the clarity and tools needed to build sustainable momentum and lasting impact.

Erin Snow

Erin Snow, founder of Seacoast Listening Lounge, creates spaces where women feel deeply heard and genuinely understood. With 16 years of experience as a legal advocate for survivors, she knows how transformative compassionate listening can be for healing and self-direction. Through her work, Erin empowers women to speak freely, find clarity, and reconnect with their own voice.

Marielle Ceresa

Marielle is a licensed acupuncturist and educator devoted to exploring how ancient wisdom lives in modern bodies. Through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she reveals how our internal landscape mirrors nature’s rhythms, offering a more expansive understanding of health and relationship. Her work bridges tradition and contemporary life in ways that feel both grounded and transformative.

Tammy Hickey

Tammy Hickey, founder of Rebel Style, helps midlife professional women move from performance to presence after decades of succeeding by fitting the mold. Drawing on 30 years of corporate HR leadership and certifications in NLP and subconscious reprogramming, she guides women toward self-trust and inner alignment. In The Rebel Within, Tammy invites women to reclaim their voice and embody who they were always meant to be.

Andrea is the founder of NEST, a Portsmouth-based destination for vintage and antique treasures rooted in story and soul. From a childhood spent curating flea market finds to sourcing across New England and Europe, she has built a business grounded in beauty, history, and meaningful connection. Through design and community, Andrea helps others discover pieces that inspire both home and self.

Lorraine Connell is the creator of the Speak Boldly Showcase and the founder of Peers Not Fears. Lorraine creates spaces where voices rise before perfection sets in, believing that speaking up before you feel ready is often where growth, impact, and change begin.

Owner of OOMPH Salon and Ash Alchemy Spa in Portsmouth, NH, Tanya is a successful beauty industry entrepreneur who leads with authenticity and vision. Her journey includes navigating a troubled adolescence shaped by bullying and substance use, experiences that ultimately fueled her resilience and purpose.

Naomi Andrick

Owner of Thrive Meals, Naomi leads from a place of deep intention, helping others reconnect with themselves through food, movement, and mindset. Her story is rooted in resilience, transformation, and the power of vulnerability.

Karen Webb

Karen is a writer and blogger who explores the many versions of identity we carry and how different parts of ourselves show up in different moments of life. Through honest reflection and storytelling, she invites others to recognize, understand, and ultimately love each version of themselves.

Hannah McMahon

Owner and lead photographer of Hannah Mac Studios, Hannah creates transformative boudoir experiences that help women reconnect with their self-image and step into confidence. Her work centers on self-love, presence, and the freedom that comes from being fully seen.

Rachel Martin

Rachel Martin is a speaker, writer, and community builder who creates spaces where people take action before they feel ready. She is the owner of multiple community events, including the Pumpkinman Triathlon and Running Festival, all designed to bring people together around challenge, courage, contribution and connection. Rachel is the author of The FIO Mindset and believes big stages don’t start polished—they start in rooms like this one.
